Title 4-000 Elections

CHAPTER

4-100.  PRIMARY ELECTION ELIMINATED. 

Pursuant to Section 20A-9-404, Utah Code Annotated, there shall be no primary election held during the election of municipal offices until such time as this ordinance is amended to provide otherwise or until repealed and all elective offices to be filled shall be held at the November municipal election.
