1. CALL TO ORDER & WELCOME

  • Welcome by Mayor Scott Allen

2. PUBLIC COMMENT

  • Guidelines: Citizens may address the Town Council regarding items not on the formal agenda. Comments are limited to three (3) minutes per person. The Council cannot take definitive action on items raised during public comment that are not listed on the agenda.

3. NEW BUSINESS / ACTION ITEMS

  • Presentation of Fire Official’s Updated Declaration: Review of the written determination of hazardous environmental conditions submitted by Fire Chief B. Jared Thacker regarding persistent drought and town-wide fire risks.

  • Discussion and Possible Action on Resolution 2026-05A: A resolution extending the temporary ban on the discharge of consumer fireworks and unregulated ignition sources through the Pioneer Day holiday season (July 22–25, 2026), providing an exemption for permitted professional displays, and establishing enforcement and penalties.
